Virtual Advocacy Day 2025
Every year California State Legislators make decisions that impact everyone who lives in California.
This year California Legislators will make important decisions about whether or not to support laws that will improve California’s Paid Family Leave and worker education programs.
Join the California Work & Family Coalition on Thursday, April 30th as we advocate for our 2025 legislative priorities:
SB 590 (Durazo): Update Paid Family Leave so Californians can care for chosen family members
SB 578 (Smallwood-Cuevas): Make the California Workplace Outreach Program (CWOP) permanent and expand it to include paid leave and discrimination protections.
AB 65 (Aguiar-Curry): Create Pregnancy Leave for California School Educators
