Founded the Coalition and passed Paid Family Leave in California.

Expanded Paid Family Leave to more family members.

Increased wage replacement from 55% to 60% and 70%.

Passed New Parent Leave Act so more parents could take bonding leave.

Expanded job protection to 6 million more people and expanded the definition of "family” for people taking leave.
